37 Pearl Street: A former worker's cottage in Belfast, this small house was completely gutted and reworked. The plan was manipulated to relocate the stair to the center, and provide for three bedrooms on the upstairs. An effort was made to preserve the quirks of the house, like the step-down into the kitchen and the back bedroom. The old wood siding was kept and left exposed inside. New wood was used in lieu of drywall for most of the house. PDF
